31% Will Enjoy Valentine’s Dinner With Someone Special

Thirty-one percent (31%) of Americans will go out for a Valentine’s dinner this year. A ScottRasmussen.com survey found that total includes 38% of men and just 25% of women (see crosstab results).

The survey also found that just 26% expect to receive a Valentine’s gift. But 45% say they plan to give one.

The national survey of 1,000 Registered Voters was conducted February 5-6, 2019 by ScottRasmussen.com and HarrisX, a polling company specializing in online surveys (see Methodology). It has a 3.1 percentage point Margin of Error with a 95% level of confidence.
